I guess she thought this was an acceptable outcome. lesson learned! The manager than somehow finds a room after we were told they had no rooms? But this is the best our complimentary room is now going to cost us $69. I had not left an email address and just took their word that the reservation was taken correctly. We get there, wait in a long line only to be told they had no record of a reservation for us! And that they were booked! I asked to speak to a manager who looked into this further and found that the person who took our reservation put us in for February 24th instead of March 24th. Booked a complimentary room 2 months in advance for my mother’s birthday.
